Thai Papaya Salad with Salted Egg

  • Chopped papaya
  • 1 salted egg
  • 3 tomatoes
  • Paprika (as you like)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 2 teaspoons of palm sugar
  • 2 long beans
  • 4 tablespoons of fish sauce
  • 4 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon dried shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon peanuts

How to Cook Thai Papaya Salad with Salted Egg

  1. Pound chili, garlic, palm sugar and long beans.
  2. Add 1/2 egg (leftover to serve), followed by tomato and dried shrimp.
  3. Season with fish sauce and lemon juice. Mix the mixture together. Add the papaya. Pound until combine, put on a plate, sprinkle dried shrimp, peanuts and salted egg.
