Pad Thai with Shrimp

The basic Pad Thai menu that anyone will be delighted with first is the Pad Thai with fresh shrimp. The ingredients are like regular Pad Thai, just switch from dried shrimp to fresh shrimp. How many of them want to eat, put them in full Season with chili powder, fish sauce and sugar as you like.

Pad Thai ingredients

  • Pad Thai Sauce
  • Fresh shrimp (peeled, cut after removing the black line) 3-5 pieces (as you like)

Pad Thai Sauce Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons palm sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of tamarind juice
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or your favorite spiciness)

How to make Pad Thai Sauce

  1. Mixed with palm sugar Tamarind juice, fish sauce and chili powder together. Put it on the heat, put it on the heat and melt sugar. (If you want to keep it for several days, wait until it boils and put it in a covered container)

How to Cook Pad Thai with Shrimp

  1. Put the vegetable oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, add fresh shrimp and fry until the shrimp begin to cook. Scoop it up into a prepared plate.
